ABOUT JENNIFER ALINE
MEET JENNIFER ALINE
In third grade, Jennifer Aline would ask her teacher to staple paper together for her to use during playtime. Since even before third grade, she remembers having the desire and drive to create stories.
Though she received the Excellence in English Award in high school, became the opinion editor for her collegiate newspaper, and received the Student Employee of the Year Award for communications work, she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in child and family studies.
Aline went to college knowing she could not realistically just write books for a living without another career supporting her first. She worked in the human services field for several years before completely changing her focus to content writing, marketing, and instructing aerial arts classes some evenings—all while caring for her twin daughters during the day and writing when time allowed.
Aline continues writing women’s fiction novels while caring for her daughters and working as a marketing and talent acquisition specialist in Western New York. She has written young adult manuscripts in the past and may return to that genre someday in the future. For now, Aline’s focus remains on commercial women’s fiction/romance.
